This movie trrigered to get married Banderas and Grifis.
However the movie won Raggie awards in '97.
Surely enough,drawing character of main role though
as far as romantic-slapstick comedy concerned,
it was fun, I thought.
Then supporting roles had a good job,especially Joan Cusack
stole the limelight away from Banderas.

Charismatic and notorious thief Danny Ocean got palored

Based on the '60s original Ocean's 11 which were starring
Franc Shinatra and Rat pack's caper movie.
In a '60, F.Shinatra was owner of Sands Hotel and vise president
of warner brothers,he was able to gathered big name in waner
brothers connection.So he made originalOcean's 11.
Now probably many of actors and astress gathered Soderburg
and Crooney instead of Shinatra.
Beragio was owned by S.Win who is friend of producer Windrope
But after they shot the movie Win sold this hotel for
another producer's friend.
His movie's point was "enjoy the prosess", I supporse.
I meant,his movie is more important prosess than result.
In this movie,got slept story line was most important
"what happen?","what's going on?" were nonsence question for
this movie.
There are many "Anecdotes" in the movie.
There were some cameo's in the movie, somebody was rat-pack,
somebody's was brother of main cast's friend.
(Like Joshua Jackson in card game)
Jewelly which Julia wore them was Tiffany which has never
rent for movie shooting, it was first time to rent it.
First of all they sent pictures what jewellys do you wanna rent.
Then director and actress decided.
Jazz sound set off this movie more cool.
I don't know G.Clooney's equalitarianismworked for
good way, all of actors astress were able to appeared
their full of ablity.
S.Caan, D.Cheadl, C.Affleck,Elliot Gould ,Carl Reiner...

Armageddon(1998)
65 million years ago, a giant global killing asteroid
hit away dinosaurs. They extinct within 18days.
Now 65 million years ago's disaster is about to show up...

invented drill which digging in space.
Harry required before he went space, he went space with his
roughneck and his daughter Grace...
He's been strike with Grace since he got divorce.
Since he got divorce, he's stuck his work and he doesn't
back his family even though she got boyfriend A.J, who is
right-hand of Harry.
Now Harry and his roughneck include A.J went space....

After success of Top Gun, NASA to allow
Bay and Co. to shot in the normally
restricted space agency. So, this was the first movie
that the cast wore genuine NASA spacesuits.
It cost about over 3 million dollars each.
Liv Tyler turned down this role twice but
finally she accepted her role and this movie
opened her 21st birthday.
I think for family of Tyler it should've be
celebrate movie however producer J.Bruckheimer
made "spending-money movie" .I thought.
For me disaster Sci-Fi movies can categorize
two type.
First type is not include SFX,but there are
human dramas which can sypasize with me.
Another one is specific SFX which strike fear
after I watched the movie, poor actor and
poor plot which spent just money,
Sadly, this movie would be another one type
of Sci-Fi movie like sequel of Matrix.
It was only good point in this movie were
last sequence and second theme song which song
by Journey it reminded me crimax.
Then S.Buscemi played innocent all the time.
I watched this movie before WTC disaster and
after WTC disaster.
Then DVD edition was totally different.
In America chapter 3 can watch ex-version of
this movie.
Ex-version of this movie WTC was shot asteroid.
Now I can't get over why American make such like
movie they might be attacked someday?
Director M.Bay might starring cameo acting in
J.Brackheimer's movie.
He starred as NASA scientist in this movie.


Monsieur Ibrahim et les fleurs du Coran

During the early 1960s, Paris was an explosion of life.
As the old gave way to the new, everything was in flux
and the city was filled with an energy that promised
cultural shifts and social change.

Moise also known as Momo, he was in effect an orphan
even tough he lived with his failed father in R.Blued
which located North side and downtown of Paris.

He was more drawn to the local prostitutes who treat
him with genuine affection.
Momo bought his groceries at the neighborhood shop,
a crowded dark space owned and run by Ibrahim,
a silent exotic looking man who saw and knows more than
he lets on, telling Momo that he "knows what is in his Koran".
Two unlikely characters--a young Jew and an elderly Muslim
begin a friendship.
After Momo is abandoned by his father, Ibrahim becomes
the one grownup in Momo's life but...

For me, conversation between Monseure Ibrahim and Momo
reminded me a old man who is first resident in Korea, he
had a small grossarie store in Shinsaibashi, a boy whose
hometown in Okinawa but now he lives in Suburb of Osaka.
Then after his father died, his mother came to get him
from Nishinomiya... then the boy and the old man began to
trip to west side of Japan but... like that?
Not only me, somebody who watched this movie reminded
your old days.
There were semilar conversation, atomosphere in your town.
When do we lost those kind or things?
As a child,there were old men who like Ibrahim somewhere,
but nowadays "Stay away from stranger even though neigourfood"
Who told absurdity of agonies or joys,bright and dark of life?
It was good example Momo's father always read books and he told
whenever ask Momo something read books or asking teacher.
But sometimes there are many things which weren't able to solve
just ask person or read books.
Saying of Ibrahim was correctly It meant real answers were always your inside...
Drawing characters were energetic and powerful and impressive.
After offereing this movie Omar gave the role of Hidalgo
Meaning of that, it was great of this movie I've ever seen before.


Ocean's 12(2004)
Set three years after "Ocean's 11,"they've spent gorgeous live.
Danny renewed his love with Tess then his wedding anniversary was
just around the corner, he was going to open his retirement account.
Of cause, as incognito.
On the other hand Rusty managed hotel but his business has
disadvantaged.
Mechanical geek twins Virgil got married but younger bro Turk
spent most money for high spec car.
Yen started his career as a photographer but it was kind of bizzar.
Saul retired his career and Reuben invested his money for stock.
Only two members have spent decent live, we could say.
One day Terry Benedict who is owner of ripping off casinos,
he visited all of members of Ocean's 11 and he said pay back
ripping money with 3 years of interest.
They have two weeks to come up with $190 million dollars.
In addition to the swiftly approaching deadline,
they have to dodge tenacious Europol agent Isabel Lehiri
who used to be a girlfriend of Rusty.
and out-maneuver another thief known only as "The Night Fox.
Before time is up... can Ocean's 12 pay back the money and
Rusty get back Isabel?

Great actors, beautiful European scenery, funny lines,
witty banter, nice camera work, what could go wrong?
Yeah, it's worth to see if you would go discount time
like late show or afternoon show.
I prefer to Ocean's 11 than this one, because
there were too much characters, too much elements,
direcotor put on this movie.
I thought what's for A.Garsia or C.Z.Jones.
M.Damon required to cut his role because he just
finished to shot Boune Supremacy then he was
exhausted. But director denied.
If director would able to focus on M.Damon,this movie
would be more fun,(actually P.Fonda was casted father
of M.Damon, it would be fun.)
Sequel of Ocean's got swept story of Rusty,
it couldn't help it. There were many women fun.
But as a movie fun,focus on Rusty was "making
stereotype story" I thought. It would be boring.
Julia played herself was kind of bored for me.
What were you talking right now?
Opening inside joke on a movie theather was not fun.
Then how to steal a gold egg was couldn't understand.
I thought how to understand the method of stealing
was important for those movie.
It's worth to see DVD.Probabry inside story would be
more fun than movie itself.


I Am Sam(2001)
Sam Dawson has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old.
He works at a Starbucks though his main work is
chore not drink making.
One day he found he had a daughter with a homeless woman
Furthemore she abandoned them as soon as they leave the hospital.
He took her determinded to grow up by himself.
His neiborhood Annie who is privatistic lady, helped him.
The baby was named Lucy Diamond from the song of The Beatles.
But as she reaches age 7 herself, Sam's limitations start to
become a problem at school;
she's intentionally holding back to avoid looking smarter than him.
When Lucy's 7 years birthday, Sam bubbled over too much,
Social worker mesured that Sam didn't have a skill of growing
children. Then she tried to separate each other.
Sam tried to hire a high-priced lawyer Rita Harrison
At first Rita resist his into taking his request however
she end up to accept it on free.
During Rita accept this case,she fould how did Sam love
Lucy and how Sam was loved everyone....

If you would like Beatles,the movie would
be one of your favorite movie you've ever seen.
Because each characters made songs of Beatles
for their emotional support or their breath of life.
The prime example was Lucy.
It was impressive that character of drawing Sam.
The scriptwriter didn't stick to handy-capped person.
She pointed how Sam I love Lucy and how difficult to
understand his situation in society.
But he never give up his social surroundings handy capped.
For him, meaning of "handy capped" was "social surroundings"
I supporsed. In this movie, everything his surroundings
went really fast.
At first, he worked at Starbucks as a waterboy.
After he went promotion as a coffer maker, everything went fast.
He got into a mess up.
He said to Rita, skillful Lawyer,
"You're going a little faster than everybody else.
I was wondering if you noticed that"
He would say it would be okay to life slower than everybody.
Why his surroundings admid his life...?
Everytime, Sam has thought how to make happy Lucy and his surroundings.
Then he told Rita "I wouldn't like to help everybody　but you"


Almost Famous(2000)
Time back to'73,William lived with strict mother who
work at Univercity in San Diego as a Professor.
She hoped that William became a lawyer.
His sister Anita left home to be a fright attendant in
Sa Fransisco. Also she left a lots of vinul records for
William. He got into the world or rock music.
William sent his article Lester who was legendaly
rock writer and editor or Cleam.
Lester was interested in William's article then he
offered jobs as a writer.
One day he got a chance to oppotunity to visit backstage
of rock groups. But he wasn't able to get into their
back stage.
He found a girl who was real,irresitable for him.
She was called Penny Lane then she found William.

William helped to visit the backstage of StillWater

But why? Why the music which made '60-'70 or middle of
'80 I mean,before boom of remix or cover music coming
in music world,why those generation's musics are so fameless?
Almost Famous used nostalgic '70s music like The Who,
Yes,Simon & Gurfancle,Led Zeppelin.
Everybody overlaped their life then we got over everything
at that time.
Now...each person or value are different.
It's difficult to share with their value.
So "coming-of-age films" like this movie reminds me good memories.
It was semi-autobiographic movie of director C.Crowe.
He started a carrea as a writer at Rolling Stone.
I could't say enough about the good casting job,
as well as the very detailed set design,(tape recorder!)
costuming ,realism to the times.

Dead Poets Society(1989)
Time back to '59, Painfully shy Todd Anderson had been sent
to a strict boading school where his popular older brother was
valedictorian.
His room-mate, Neil, although exceedingly bright and popular,
was very much under the thumb of his overbearing father.
The two, along with their other friends, met Professor Keating,
who was OB of this school.
His class was daring, out of line. He said to them Seize the Day.

Probably ,for R=S=Leonard, it was the best movie.
In the movie, he played a student who has a pressure
from his parents.
About 13years later he played opposite role in Driven.
He played elder brother who put a puressure to his young brother.
It was really ironic story as an actor.
Support was good from Smith, Charles, Hansen etc.
Also for them, it was the representive film.
Before the movie starring, R.Williams played himself
sloppy or funny and friendly.
It was suceeded to play another his side, I thought.
We could found this movie how strict boading school
what negligent parents for their child's mind.
There was a scequence in a movie that Todd got a
cristmas present from his parents but it was same
presents last year. He said probably they would
sent same thing next year.
It was warning take care of your childs.
Everitime, everywhere,teenager wanted the person
who understand real mind.
