The fearness,trusted, Roman general Maximus has led the legious
to victory on the battlefield.

Emperor Marcus entrust his military courage and modest attitude
It was totally opposite of his son Commodos who was aiming at next
emperor's post. Also he was jerous,sly, has kept his nose clean always.
He has hunger for not only father's love but also friendship.
Marcus declared that next emperor was Maximus.
Commodos killed Marcus out of mad then he started to execution
to Maximus and his family. Maximus managed escaped barely however
he faced his family's death...he vowed to revenge in the future
He is forced into slavely and trained as a gradiator in the arena
Now he was able to come to Rome to kill Commodos... |

To tell the truth, I don't like the type of man who like
Russel Crowe however I admit he has a sence of "histrionism".
Also we have to admit the story plot was pear of represental
saga film "Ben-Hur". It couldn't help it.
One things for sure The Gradiator got its material
from historical fact.
At that time, inspite of emperor Marcus had 8sons and 6daughters
however most chidren were died when they were teenager.
When Marcus thought retire from the emperor, Commodos was only
son of his follower.
As same as film drawing Commodos was no interested in politics
when he assumed the imperial title,not only Roman citizen sunk into
despondency,but also a part of senetor who worried about politics
We easy to realized that Romas citizens were look forward to appear
the hero who like Maximus.

Paul Edgecomb suddenly flashbacked his past when he
watched the movie Top Hat in recreation room with
his friend. Then he began told that he used to be a
death-row prison guard in Depression era.
He told the last work of Death Row and why he moved to
reformatory institution..
In '35, he worked Cold Mountain Prison South Georgia
as prison-guard head.
He worked with mates who know their distance however newcomer
Parcy whose step-uncle was governor, liked to bulling
prisoner.
Their job was "sending condemned criminal to his deathgiving
as comfortable as possible".
Existence of Percy was not only interference of work,
hurting criminal's heart.
One day the man whose height over 2m sent in Death Row prison.
His name was Coffey who murder for suspect.
But he was scared and wipe tears. He didn't feel Coffey was murder
A few days later,Billy who is famous for "vicious crime"
transferred Death Row Prison during his absence.
Billy pretended to use too much tranquilizer then he bared his
colors ,as soon as he transferred Death Row Prison.
His urethritis develop severe symptoms day by day. Finally
Paul laid down on the Green Mile after happened.
Then... Coffey said I tried to take it back....

There were two reason why I didn't watch it at that time.
One reason was it was taken for granded T. Hanks movie
would be a brockbuster. Another one was it was too "hurt"
to watch it.
Now I watched it by myself,it was right answer for me.
It was told cup of sorrows to send someone off many times.
then he tired to do that. He thought it was guilt to execute
"divine messenger" at that time.
Tom Hanks played "living witness" againSaving Private Ryan
We would watch this story young prison guard Dean's eye,I supporse

Time setting in federal China.
Li Mu Bai was a legendary martial artist who has practiced
meditation in Mudan Mountain.
But he quit to practice and went down the mountain, suddenly.
He decided to pass on his sword, the Green Destiny, to his
associate ,Te who was in Beijing.
He asked to mentee also his fellow, Yu delivered it Te.
She asked why he pass it because of she knew Li had looked
for his enemy Jade-Fox who killed master of Li for a long
time ago. He said he got tired of fight.
After Yu delivered it Te safety, she met Jen who was daughter
of Gov.Yui. She was going to get married Gou who was powerful
aristocrat in a way. The marriage was ambitious for her parents.
So she'd like to be martial artist someone like Yu though
Yu said marriage was happiness of women
The night, the Green Destiny was stolen by somebody.
Yu suspected stoler might be Jen, she visited her house
Her home-teacher went wrong though Jen called in kindly
But Yu wouldn't think hometeacher of Jen was "Jade Fox"
at that time...

To tell the truth, there was no favorite actor and actress in
this movie except for Michelle Yeoh.
But end of the story striked my cord.
I remembered Die Another Day, R.Pike hard to say that
she was able to cross sword with Halle though Zhang was able
to cross sword with Michelle without wire action.
Of cause she should be thanksful, Michelle stepped aside Zhang
in a way. And she has afford to do it.
The last scene, Zhang diving from bridge...it would tears came
into your eyes.
Why the title "Hidden~",it came from Chinese saying.
It means "Don't judge one's appearance"
I didn't but the idea too much use wire-action in film (for Yun
Fat... It might be good??)
Using wire-action too much sometimes mess things up.
Speaking to Yun Fat, he had special training for Beijing dialect.
and action training. He would able to rise from the dust when he
was in Yuen Woo Ping first movie in '82.
When this movie was hit the screen, Yun Fat came to Japan to
promote this movie. He said in movie conference "I was able
to come Japan about 3 hours and eat Kyusyu Chinese Noodle."
Really?? Yun-Fat?

Eventually she was able to pass exam however "Real Exam For her"
was waiting after she enter Law school...
She was kicked out at first class because of forget to do her homework.
Furthermore, an Ivy girl who got kicked out Elle was

How wonderful Elle was! Movie made me happy,cheerful,heartiness.
Someone said "What a dump movie however It made me awake when I
awake so clearly during I watched in airplane.
Anyway...I didn't think it was dump movie
Reese played delightful, challenging fashionable student who
chase her boy friend and attended at Harvard Law school.
In a movie she never give up bulling by Ivy girls.
Needless to say, if you hadn't belong to "pink-tea",
you would easy to understand her situation.
Real Reese is not air-pocket girl ,she wanted to be a doctor.
She has been thinking and thinking many times why she was
taken her heart him.

Based on a famous story written by Dr.Seuss.
There was a tiny town in snow crystal which named
Whobill. There was fantastic town, everything's
outline draw a curved line, Everybody loves X'mas
excepts for Grinch who has lived in Crunpit Mt.
He is well-known about strange regidence,
but one girl Cindy didn't think about it.
She began to ask residences why Grinch hate X'mas.
But he is going to stole everybody's X'mas.

Before I watched it, what's for Christmas by all mean.
People who live in English market especially,
they are busy to buy presents for kids relatives and
decorating their houses.
Something reminds me competition, not celebration.
Folks of How to Grinch Stole their Christmas for me,
Grinch tried to remind them what's for real meaning of Christmas.
In Japan, most Japanese misunderstood the meaning of
day of "TAIAN-KICHIZITZU" (it means "lucky day").
Real meaning of that, we should appreciate to spending
ordinary days, so this day, we have to spend quite.
Nothing to do it. Like real meaning of X'mas.
Probably Grinch wanna told what's real meaning of real X'mas

There were omnibus story which was set at Madrileno.
Pirdras meant "stone" Spanish.
"In life, we first organize large stones such as love,
friendship, family, and a career."
In this way, we will find space between these to fit
smaller stones, our small necessities.
If you act in an inverse way, you won't have the room
for larger stones.
The five protagonists of my film are women who haven't been
able to organize the large "stones" in their lives.
Director R.Salazar draw them through pair of each "shoes".
Leire is a snobby shoeshop saleswomen.
She has borrowed red pin heal from shop every night and dance
at club house.
Her dream was being a shoes designer however she was about to
give up her dream and her boyfriend artist Kun suddenly said
break up. She tried to follow him but he god mad...
Her stepmother Maricarmen is cabdriver.
She usually get on slipper. After she got married her husband
died,he had three children. Each mother was different.
youngest children Victor said "I wanted to see Mom..."
Maricarmen cried she has tried to be a real mother as good as possible.
But second sister Daniera hate her.
After her father got married, she got into drug addicted.
One day she bumped into wife of senior Isabel then she was fired
her job.
Isabel has bored her life she buy short size of shoes knowingly
She filled to buy a lot of beautiful a pair of shoes but her
real mind was have a child between her husband.
But her husband Leonard had an affair with club hostess Adela.
Adela had handy-capped daughter Anita.
She works as a hostess because of raze up her daughter herself.
One day gentle minded customer Leonard visited and told love.
But she found he has wife.
Anita had one way love male nurse Joaquin.
She can't say anything about it but she appeared drawing picture
One day Joaquin found she wanted to go airport then he took her.
But Adela got mad him and she boot off him.
Joaquin got hurt and run into a condo there was Kun's apartment...

There are different stories here, which become connected
There are 5 women who care shoes or doesn't or can't care about shoes.
Laire,Isabel were obsessed with shoes and rely on their lives.
So we could say they would connected last sequence
(Isabel bought Laire's red pin heal).
On the other hand Maricarmen, Anita,Adela can't care about shoes.
Because of they work busy or not interest about shoes.
But 5 women always thought "we wanted to get out current situation"
Probably the movie was before sunrise for their live I thought.
